I use Miss Fortune a lot, since it’s my only champion I have right now.

My Journey into League of Legends (Part 2)

Finishing off the Tutorial (2 & 3)

So after a one day break, I picked up the pace a slight bit by finishing off the tutorial yesterday (and one bot game, might make another post for that). It was tutorials parts 2 and 3, where it goes through laning (not too sure) and the shop/items respectively.

The overall feeling of those tutorials felt that it was easy and just very high-level, not getting into what’s good or not, or what exactly to do aside from doing the bare basics.

Tutorial 2

So the second tutorial was one where I was basically on the bottom lane. It gave me a bit more access to the overall map, and just like before, I had to destroy the enemy nexus to finish it.

My youtube video documenting the process

I played using Miss Fortune again, since that was the only champion I had unlocked (after playing the first tutorial). She seems like a pretty basic and solid ranged champion. I learned about how turrets worked, and slightly about their targeting. I also learned about levelling up a bit and getting last hit on minions and all that stuff. Though it was just very high level.

Overall, it was quite easy and fun, and one step closer to being a decent player.

Tutorial 3

This tutorial basically was very similar before, to how I had 4 bot teammates and the objective was to destroy the enemy nexus, and I could go anywhere on the rift. Except now they encouraged to buy items and stuff and spend the gold I obtained. This tutorial was very memorable, since it was super easy to me and I got MY FIRST PENTAKILL!!! I basically aced their whole team! That was very exciting (though I know that it was super easy bots).

Very exciting and entertaining tutorial

It was likely because due to item scaling and all that, since I was easily able to take out minions, and my auto attacks did so much damage to whoever was in my way. I also finished with a perfect KDA, my first time as well!

Overall I learned how to use the shop, but aside from that, I have no idea what items to buy and the specific builds to use. I just chose the ones that looked cool, or costed more, since it seems like it does more damage and all that. And I guess the stuff that heals me since that seems a bit important. Fun!

Overall, I am starting to improve in this game. I am a bit more familiar with using the keyboard since the first tutorial was just only using the mouse. I know how to view the minimap, and started to understand how unlocking abilities and moves worked. Hopefully, I can learn more soon, cause this game is really fun!
