Day 25: Slacking II

Started day off good. Well, not really. Too lazy to go on run (after eating nice PB&J). Just slouched and watched bunch of Youtube. Also I guess quad kind of feels destruction. Not too much, but Ye. Right hip kind of better overall though.

Did some rolling and minor strength stuff, then had the oats. Many calories this morning. Then went back to slacking off on Youtube and stuff.

Then for lunch I had some dumplings and sweet potatoes. Also made a turkey+avocado sandwich. Pretty filling, overall nice and tasty. Had apples and pears for fruit.

Slacked off more on Youtube and stuff. Then I went on 8 mile easy run. Felt pretty good overall but left Ye is Ye again still. Also I think left shin is Ye? Reminded me of the last 2 taper weeks how it seemed a bit destruction overall. Hopefully won’t lead to destruction again. Overall at the end of the run, the quad didn’t feel as bad and overall not too bad of a run I guess. Played some nice Pokemon Go to get at least 1 Pokestop.

Then used nutribullet to make post run smoothie. Kind of destruction how it’s basically breakfast except almond milk => ice. Hopefully can find nicer stuff to add in the future. Then rolled and stuff and showered.

Then washed dishes and helped prep dinner. Did not involve myself as much since I’m garbage at curry and stuff, but at least was able to marinate the chicken with nice paprika and cumin (along with the usual stuff). Helped slice the kind of destruction fillet fish stuff too with the potato starch Ye.

Dinner overall was nice, finished up the leftover quinoa. Ate a lot and felt pretty full. Basically read some recipe stuff and looked at Youtube and slacked off a bit afterwards. Also had oranges and mandarin for fruit.

Then slacked off a ton. And writing this.

Then I plan to go prep overnight oats, maybe wash dishes, roll a bit and stretch stuff, then sleep. Hopefully right hip will be full confidence (since a bit tired but no pain or Ye like yesterday). And entire left Ye is nice for tomorrow.

Also hopefully I can limit screen time tomorrow. Planning for nice naan pizza. Hopefully can also make the nice guac recipe Ye.
