Day 24: Rest?
Writing this Monday night since slacked…again….Started off the day later than usual, with extended rest. Drop week so today is like the first fully rest day in like 5 weeks. Left quad is still Ye, but now my right hip is Ye for some reason. I think it might be from the imbalances caused by the left Ye hurting a bit? Overall not too worried since it’s rest day. Didn’t really do much in the morning. Had the flax cereal thing with chia/hemp seeds, strawberries, yogurt, almond milk. Pretty good I guess.
Didn’t really do much in the morning. Ate some random crackers and almond butter stuff for snack. Ate a lot of it actually.
Had some leftovers for lunch, such as the chicken parm. Oh yeah also helped make the random truffle sauce pasta Ye with added turkey breast stuff. Kind of destruction how much total sauce since I was trash at cooking pasta stuff, but overall it turned out really well. Sauce stuff smelled weird, but flavor is way too OP. Also had nice salad and nice leftover quinoa salad.
Didn’t do much after lunch, just slacked off a lot I remember. Maybe did some rolling and minor strength work, but overall not much. Looking at Obama videos and other nice videos.
Spun for like 20 minutes since my body felt too Ye. Maybe some loosening up would help.
Had takeout for dinner, vietnamese Ye. Pretty alright, but lots of meat and simple carbs. Tasted pretty good I guess, filled me up well.
Had oranges and usual Ye for fruit. Oh yeah I also finished reading nice book earlier in the afternoon so now just browsing cookbook and some other online Ye to see nice stuff to make in the future.
Also prepped oats for tomorrow’s run and stuff.
