Day 23: Uneventful

Writing this Monday afternoon cause Ye. Started off the day slightly earlier; got a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as usual, with sprouted bread, like usual. Then Ye’d for like half an hour, then went on with a 17 mile long run.

Wasn’t too bad, was not too hard. Left quad is still a bit Ye, but I was not super limited. Right shin was ok, not bothering too much, just a tiny nudge. I know that I’ll take tomorrow off, for a drop week. Overall it was going pretty nice. Only last few miles was a bit weird since the blue pegasus turbos seem to be wearing out faster than I expected it to; only gone through like 2XX miles. Right shoe feels slightly flat towards the end of the run. Hopefully it will be nice in the future; will see how it goes in next few runs.

Then got back and rolled/cooldown. Then had a slice of almond butter toast. Then had the overnight oats stuff which is really nice as always. Took a break by slacking off on Youtube and such. Then had like an avocado half + crackers I think. Maybe afternoon; I forgot. The crackers were also nice Simple Mills sea salt ones. Kind of destruction not expeller pressed sunflower oil and higher salt and not a nicer flavor, but overall, nice crackers still.

Then helped prepare lunch which was stir fry-ish korean sweet potato noodles, with celery, cabbage, some destruction ham, and carrots. Overall it was a nice lunch. I added some Ye chili oil to it afterwards.

Then rested and Ye’d around slacked off after lunch. Had apple and pears for fruit. Didn’t really do much all afternoon, except got in a Ye walk for pokestops and stuff which was alright.

Then video called Ye. Then prepared some dinner stuff, helped with the tofu+pork dish and heated up leftover salmon and stuff. Had decent vegetables, and quinoa. Overall ate a lot for dinner. Overall, my goal is to refuel and also eat a bit more to help recover. Even though I’m not running tomorrow, I just felt like eating a bit more since still sore and Ye. Walking around is slightly hobbling.

Then continued reading book; think I’m like 3 quarters through. Had strawberries for fruit. Slacked off a bit on Ye afterwards. Then looked at coronavirus destruction reddit stuff. Then sleep.
