Day 17: A Bit of Stuff
Started day off late. Got more than average amount of rest. Leg felt pretty good I guess (except still off). Had mixture of special K cereal and the new nature path flax one. Topped with some chia and hemp, and some yogurt and raspberries. Pretty good stuff overall.
Went back to room for most of the remainder of morning and slacked off on Youtube and sporcle stuff. Also watched the final BIOL365 lecture I think. So solitude in e minor.
Had a bit of noodles for lunch, but lots of veggies and cauliflower rice and dumplings. Was pretty nice; added some destruction chili oil to it (soybean oil Ye). Had apple and pears for fruit.
Did the hackerrank thing for the bio company Ye. It was ok. All the questions except the last coding one was nice. Not too bad. Only added one comment on the last one but still apparently got the interview; scheduled for Wednesday morning. Hopefully it’ll be nice, but not sure if I want to do that over a school term next term since remote stuff Ye.
Snacked on some apricots and Ye. Then I think I also had a yogurt. Then went on a easy 6–7 mile run with some strides at the end.
The beginning felt a bit destruction on left quad and Ye since it’s still a bit Ye’d up. Just tried to keep cadence up overall, with a easy effort, but it ended up being overall faster than older easy workouts. Makes me wonder why easy and recovery this year is faster than last year. Maybe the mileage didn’t add up yet. Hopefully left quad will still be nice.
Got back, drank some water. Rolled a bit. Made protein shake with almond milk and drank it. Then did a strength workout (Youtube Ye). Felt pretty good overall. Showered then went with dad to pick up takeout dinner.
Dinner was nice; takeout was obviously really tasty but health destruction. Had a bit of everything overall. The curry chicken was nice. The BBQ pork had a lot more than intended destruction. Pad thai and the pork chop Ye didn’t have too much. Had a good amount of vegetables I guess. Had a good amount of wild rice, and a lot of the remainder of cauliflower rice. Good thing low carb and Ye. Overall pretty filling and nice.
Watched the next CS341 lecture. Then had oranges and strawberry fruit. Ye’d around a bit Youtube stuff after, then I guess no livestream cause late and somehow pretty gassed today????
Still got in a 30 minute spin session (really easy effort). Maybe I should go hard one day, but the seat height and ergonomics makes it Ye.
Snacked on like a dry apricot, had some plain greek yogurt, brushed, did some quick rolling, and now bedtime.
