Day 16: Bored

Writing this on Monday before lunch cause too lazy. Had usual PB&J sandwich and some water beforehand.

It was a nice run overall. Weather was really bad though. Running east => heavy headwind and destruction rain overall. It was around freezing temps which was ok, not the worst, but arms still got pretty cold. Overall super wet.

Got back, pretty cold and wet overall. Showered and then did the cooldown with a bit of added strength work (bit of chest + back workout). Had larabar beforehand to get some nutrients in.

Had the oats for breakfast. It was really nice after a nice mixing with yogurt topped off. Then slacked off for a bit as usual I think. Then helped prep lunch a bit. Had homemade pizza and mini pizza with some leftover potatoes, the kale veggie burger patties, and lots of salad veggies. Overall had a lot of carb intake and ate a lot of food. It was nice.

Then slacked off after lunch. Livestream of the day was playing 2K13 for jokes; have no idea what else to do. Went out for a bit for a raid and spun pokestops and Ye since I haven’t done so in a while.

For dinner had wild rice with slightly breaded chicken breast, with nice veggies, some leftover cod and Ye. Overall it was ok.

After dinner did nothing again, just watching the one bite pizza reviews. Had mandarin and orange for fruit. And yeah. Didn’t prep any oats for tomorrow. Probably depending on how left quad feels, I’ll adjust workout and Ye. Super easy recovery day tomorrow, but raining so probably no morning run. Just planning for cereal + raspberries + yogurt and some hemp/chia seeds. It feels a bit sore and off overall. I feel fine though, not super destruction.
