Day 13: Easy + Nothing

Started off the day with PB&J, then took like a solid hour of rest browsing the web and Ye lol. Then it is just a ‘easy’ day for me. Left hip and Ye feels nicer but still niggles and Ye when I sit on the side and such.

Did some strides at the end. Overall, didn’t affect too much of the run. Did the usual rolling and Ye, then showered and ate the usual overnight oats, but with fresh strawberries today. Also a bunch of frozen berries from last night. Nice stuff.

Then also ate Larabar cause somehow I’m full but I still crave stuff after the oats (destruction). Then slacked off a bit on computer, then started the first week of the Coursera basic nutrition and health course. Really simple knowledge, but it was nice. Went onto week 2 content as well, but destruction how I have to like wait a week. So I guess I’ll just wait and not skip ahead too much. Hopefully I can find other nice online courses about nutrition and Ye to keep me busy (or other nice interesting stuff to learn about).

Then did some rolling and Ye and then had nice taco/burrito lunch (destruction how sauce and meat sauce thing was the usual pre made destruction, and white flour tortilla). Overall it was nice though; mom added nice peppers and beans and Ye to the Yves plant based meat and Ye. The plant based stuff was nice but Yves destruction brand, so not that nice actually. Nice shredded lettuce, cucumber, some ok cheese, and nice avocado. I had like 4, which was nice, and some meat stuff by itself and veggies afterwards.

Then did some slack off Ye after lunch. Also had apples for fruit. Finally started reading Becoming. Did like a chapter, and it’s pretty nice so far.

Also did a livestream of me solving 3x3 for avg 100 jokes on Facebook. Hopefully I can do like 1 decent length livestream per day until this is over for jokes (plan nice weights for tomorrow). Oh yeah also had like an apricot, and some almond butter+rice snack thing — pretty nice.

Slacked off a bit more, then did like 30 minutes spin at pretty easy effort. Left hip Ye feels nice (except when too much effort and Ye), seems better compared to earlier this week? Then I did some weight exercises and strength training. Went upstairs and did the Youtube strength training Ye usual. It felt nice. Body felt pretty worked. Left hip Ye at the end still felt nice.

Had nice dinner. Pretty simple tonight of lots and lots of the tricolor quinoa lol (I wanted to finish it so no leftovers of that), a bit of brown rice leftovers, lots of broccoli leftover, and lots of salmon as well (wanted to leave no leftovers too for that). Also finished up the destruction MSG kimchi. Added lots of flavor to the meal though overall. Nice meal as usual (almost all meals were nice since coming back home Ye). Had like half a cup of almond milk with that.

Just browsed the web after dinner as usual. Watched some Youtube and Ye. I should find some more nice productive to do tomorrow hopefully!!!! (plz)

Ate fruit of oranges and some blueberries. Then prepped tomorrow’s oats and Ye, added lots of frozen berries and upped the portion of oats and hemp and chia (hopefully I won’t snack on anything excess destruction from breakfast-lunch lol). Then washed dishes, rolled a bit. And now hopefully bedtime. Hopefully I can have nice workout tomorrow and left hip Ye will feel nicer (lol actually destruction how I’m treating my body). Planning like ~12 miles, so like a few warmup, tempo for the bulk of it (planning either uptempo, or nice on/off Ye), then like 1–2 cooldown and Ye. Hopefully that will be nice.
