Started the day off with under 8 hours of rest, since wanted to get in my scheduled medium-long run a bit early, after seeing KAT’s IG video about his parents and Ye. Ate a PB&J and worked on a question for 341 that I can hopefully finish today.

It was a bit slow at the beginning, but I was able to pick it up. My left hip and glute-ish area feels a bit Ye, but I would not say it was more destruction compared to yesterday. I guess both my upper legs were slightly burned from yesterday’s speed session, so I didn’t really pick up the pace way too much.

Overall the run was pretty nice, post-workout wise, although the left Ye was a bit sore, overall if felt fine.

Did the usual rolling + bit of strength work, then showered and proceeded to eat the overnight oats. Added lots of strawberries, blueberries, and a bit of yogurt. It was so nice, as usual. Overall it was great and filling.

Got to slack off a bit, and do some random Ye, and also finish up almost all of 341 except for the coding portion which may be slightly tedious Python Ye and such. Ate a nut bar, then slacked off a bit, rolled a bit, and Ye.

Then had a nice lunch of like Chicken parm from Costco yesterday, as well as lots and lots of nice veggies: lettuce/spring mix/spinach/quinoa salad. Also nice baked baby potatoes, some extra pasta, and Ye. A really nice filling lunch, though not a fan of the pasta since sauce and simple carbs…. :(

Then started working on 341 code stuff a bit; slacked off a bit, and ate some apple/pear. Then whatever, just submitted a4 and a5 of 349 (pretty much just a ‘working’ project to get me 5% for the assignment Ye). I don’t really need to, but I guess I will, for some extra percentages, and boost me to 54% overall??? Taking the CR anyways, but looks nicer without 0s on assignments and Ye feeling.

Then had a nice group call with CS testies Chanchev, Mathush, Harish which was really nice and cool to catch up! :)

Then finished the Python coding portion of the assignment, just have to wait for the submission and testing system to go up for me to fully submit. I’m pretty confident that my code is nice enough to pass simple tests…. I am really enjoying the CR buffer cause I didn’t feel like writing too much for my proofs, and fully correctness Ye cause annoying and destruction. But hopefully I did fine overall (no need to Ye edge cases).

Then did some rolling, and like 40 push ups, and went to dinner where there was super nice salmon (usual dad style + mom cookbook Ye). White rice was made tonight, so I heated up leftover brown rice instead cause don’t want simple pasta + white rice back to back destruction. There was also nice chinese veggies, and black beans. I had a pretty good amount of everything, especially salmon.

Then I slacked off a bit and messaged around and Ye afterwards. Watched some Youtube on Ye. Hopefully I can start watching nutrition stuff instead of random and social media Ye 🍞.

Then ate fruits which was a bit of honeydew (or some melon lol) and strawberry, which was nice. Then prepped tomorrow’s overnight oats. Added a lot of frozen berries this time; and subbed maple syrup for cinnamon to test out. Hopefully I can find more nice ingredients and maybe fruits to try out in the future. I think hemp and chia seeds will be staple cause nice nutrition (but maybe more seeds/ratio??)

Then brushed, and went on laptop for Ye. Goal for tomorrow is to start the basic Stanford Coursera nutrition Ye, and watch nicer Youtube, and have nice productive recovery/strength nice day!
