I can think of a lot of things in life at times. But in a normal weekday, where it starts with waking up (with insufficient sleep usually), then a 1+ hour morning run, stretch, shower, consume entertainment while checking work email and stuff while eating breakfast.
Breakfast consists of a fruit smoothie — fresh apple, orange, and a little bit of frozen berries/mangos for a cool kick. With some greek wholemilk yogurt and almond milk (with chia seeds) and some water to smooth things out a slight bit. A very delicious smoothie. One I can drink daily until I die. Or come back to life!
And 2 slices of toast with nut butter! Well, a normal breakfast, with some Worldle and Loldle daily games. Then dishes, brush teeth, etc etc.
Then do some quick stuff, maybe early meetings, some early work tasks. Then walk to work, arrive around 10ish. Then do work, eat a bunch of unhealthy snacks, meetings, lunch, etc etc. Then leave work, maybe cook, maybe grocery shop, maybe heat leftovers. Then do random stuff on computer like video call people, watch youtube, content creation, maybe some gaming.
Then go to sleep. Hmm don’t really think much about other stuff in life like how I would if I take extended times off. Doesn’t feel like a time loop since things are unique and fun and cool still. But normal days are normal. Hmm. Don’t know if it’s a good thing or not, but normal things make good memories!
Hopefully there is a good answer to whether it is correct or not to do this!
